Risk Disclosure

Inherent Risks Notice

1

Future St8 Consulting and the Money Market Mercenary product makes no investment recommendations and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.

2

Traders should seek the assistance of a licensed financial advisor who also understands derivatives trading if they require any advice or recommendations. Only risk capital you can afford to lose and that will not result in detrimental effects on your financial health.

3

Trading strategies, tips, set up alerts and commentary shared with M3 private club members during Live streams and in our recorded videos or summaries provided in email communications are offered for educational purposes only so that you can learn to manage risk and think more objectively towards your trade activity.

4

The M3 and Future St8 trade team are comprised of independent traders, trading our own accounts. While you may find our trade insights helpful, they are not intended to be recommendations for you to buy (go Long) or sell (go Short) using a particular financial instrument ie Futures or Options contracts.

5

Any and all trades presented for educational application in a live environment that you become privy to by virtue of being a paid member of the M3 private club are carried out on our own accounts, or in some cases during training sessions, are in simulation mode. In all circumstances, we will endeavor to inform you of the risks associated with these actions for your learning experience.

6

Derivatives trading has inherent risk of capital loss because they utilize leverage as a component. Additionally, systems responses may vary due to market conditions to some extent, personal computer system performance is also a variable, as are volume fluctuations and other factors not mentioned here. Leverage does not discriminate and can be positive or negative, so must be controlled through protective stops to mitigate losses.

7

Futures and Options may not be suitable for all investors. Your broker will be able to provide you with an additional Risk Disclosure Statement for Futures and Options instruments. We encourage everyone to read and be aware of all associated risks you may wish to take using your capital that is allocated to speculation. The percentage of your net asset value (NAV) allocated to speculation would best be discussed with a licensed financial advisor who understands derivatives trading, and preferably has hands on experience utilizing derivatives products.

8

Due to the nature of leveraged products and trading on “margin” or credit (provided through your broker), there is a risk of substantial or even total loss of funds exposed, as well as the potential to lose more than what you intended to expose to the strategies if not handled properly. Utilizing techniques to mitigate such losses should always be implemented, however your proper execution of these techniques are a variable to the level of risk you take in trading. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for education, training and practice that develops into experience, which then may develop into wisdom and proficiency.

9

No one at Future St8 Consulting or Money Market Mercenary are Registered Investment Advisors and so we can not recommend trades for your account(s). Only you can decide if a particular trade is appropriate for your participation and will be based squarely on your risk tolerance profile, the available capital allocated to such endeavors, and your knowledge and proficiency in use of the strategies.

10

In summary, you are 100% responsible for all trades you place. Only risk capital that you can comfortably afford to lose and commit to learning how to risk capital responsibly and effectively.

11

In an effort to be abundantly transparent and inform customers of the potential risk associated with trading commodity Futures or derivative products in general, we include the required CFTC Rule 4.41 statement/wording as is required when advertising past performance of any trades that may be based on hypothetical scenarios or results associated with simulated trades. Although we trade our own live accounts and do not advise or recommend any trades (we are not trade advisors) nor do we advertise hypothetical results, by nature of the process of educating on strategy design, discussion about hypothetical results are typical. Please find the statement below offered in all CAPS and boldfaced type with a direct link to the source website. Type/font may display differently than intended and could vary from computer to computer.

CFTC Rule 4.41 Regarding Advertising

THESE RESULTS ARE BASED ON SIMULATED OR HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS THAT HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE THE RESULTS SHOWN IN AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, THESE RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, BECAUSE THESE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THESE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED OR HYPOTHETICAL TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THESE BEING SHOWN.
